At the top of the “Documents Page”, click “Create a New Document”
Click “Select”, use the dropdown, or start typing to find your document “Parent Consent To Receive Electronic Documents”
Select, “Parent Consent To Receive Electronic Documents” click, “Go”.
Not all documents in PSSP are configured for digital signatures, but for documents that are you will have options for obtaining those signatures.
Meeting participants will receive an email with instructions for how to sign digitally. They will click, “Sign Document” in the email to access the digital signature.
Validate the identify of each meeting participant and then click “Sign Now”
Must be done one person at a time
Participants who sign must read through each section of the document prior to signing.
Click “Sign” in the places that require a signature and their signature will appear.
Click, “Submit” and “Close”
Hover over “More” from the drop-down menu select “Submit Document for Digital Signature.”

Through Email: An email with directions will be sent to meeting participants listed.
Sign Now: If both, sign now, then send through email
If you have sent a document (i.e. Notice of Case Conference or IEP) and have not received the signed digital signature you can accept signatures in the system to be able to move the document into "Final" status.
Hover over "More", from the drop-down menu select "View Digital Signature Details (Sent)"
At the bottom of the next page, select "Signature Request Options". On the drop-down menu select, "Accept Current Signatures."
A new window will populate. In the box justify why you are accepting the signatures. (i.e. The 11th instructional day has passed since sending the IEP home.)
Click, “Submit” and “Close”
If you submitted an IEP for digital signature but did not receive a response from the parent/guardian, follow the steps below to accept the signature and update the IEP status to “Final.”
Go to the student documents and click on the document that you submitted for digital signature.
Hover over "More" and select, "View Digital Signature Details Sent" from the drop-down menu.
In the new window, click "Signature Request Options" and select "Accept Current Signatures".
When prompted, enter a reason. (I.e. "It is the 11th instructional day since a copy of the IEP was submitted to the family.")
Once completed, you will be able to chnage the IEP status to "Final".
